Who is UNNU?

UNNU is a Belgian company that works exclusively with the highest quality ingredients. We don't compromise on quality!

All our formulas are based on scientific research and formulated by pharmacists with a solid orthomolecular background. Each supplement contains the correct dosage. Because we choose only high-quality ingredients, we guarantee optimal absorption by the body

What makes the personal compositions unique?

UNNU stands for UNique NUtrition.

No two personal routines are the same, as we create a unique and personalized offer for everyone based on your gender, age, the answers from the questionnaire and our algorithm (= calculation method).

You won't receive a certain number of jars containing 30 supplements from us. Instead, you'll receive one attractive box containing 30 daily doses – one sachet per day containing your daily formula. No more hassle with 101 jars wondering every day whether you've taken them or forgotten.

So you no longer have to prepare all the supplements in a pill box every week.

Where are UNNU supplements produced?

All our supplements are made in Belgium. They are approved by the Federal Public Service Health and inspected by the FASFC (Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain) and have a notification number.

What's in the box I receive monthly?

Every month you will receive a nice and practical box with 30 daily doses: 1 sachet per day.

You'll also receive a package insert for each supplement included in the daily doses. We recommend reading this before starting your supplement plan and keeping it until the end of your routine.

When should I take the supplements?

The recommended intake time is indicated on each daily dose (= sachet), so you can't make a mistake.

A sun means morning intake, a moon stands for evening intake.

We recommend that you take the supplements every morning with a full meal and not on an empty stomach.

Should I take the supplements at the suggested times?

To maximize the effectiveness of our supplements, we recommend taking them at the prescribed times.

You can find these times on every package.

Can I use different UNNU supplements at the same time?

Yes, it is no problem to use multiple UNNU supplements at the same time.

All our supplements are dosed and formulated so that they don't exceed the recommended daily amounts of certain vitamins and minerals. Of course, we can't guarantee this if you combine UNNU supplements with other brands.

What should I do if I forget to take my UNNU supplements for a day?

Your daily sachets contain the correct amount of UNNU supplements per day. If you do forget to take your supplements, we recommend NOT taking two sachets at the same time. Simply take your next daily dose the following day.

Should I consult a doctor before taking UNNU supplements?

If you're already taking certain medications, we recommend checking the product page to see if the supplements can be taken in conjunction with certain medications. Each box also includes a leaflet with this information.

We recommend that you review this and, if desired, discuss this additional supplementation with your doctor in advance.

If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, you can't take all nutritional supplements. We have a special offer for during your pregnancy. You can customize this treatment by indicating in the questionnaire that you're trying to conceive, are pregnant, or are breastfeeding.

Can children also take UNNU supplements?

For the time being, we only provide supplementation for adults aged 18 and over.

Where can I find more information about the ingredients of my supplements?

On our website, under " Supplements ," you can find a product page for each supplement. This page lists all the ingredients and allows you to download a technical sheet.

Each monthly box also comes with a leaflet that lists the ingredients of your supplements.

How long should I take nutritional supplements and vitamins?

On average, it takes your body two to three months to feel a difference and address nutritional deficiencies sustainably. Therefore, we recommend taking your supplements consistently for at least three months.

Unfortunately, our diet contains only a fraction of the vitamins and minerals we need daily. Therefore, it's advisable to provide your body with additional support to prevent potential deficiencies in the future. Our nutritional supplements are the ideal complement to a healthy lifestyle.

I am pregnant or not breastfeeding, can I still use nutritional supplements?

During pregnancy or breastfeeding, you shouldn't take all nutritional supplements. We offer a specific treatment plan that optimally supports you and your fetus during pregnancy.

By indicating at the beginning of the questionnaire that you are pregnant, you will automatically be directed to the correct supplements.

After giving birth, we recommend that you complete the questionnaire again so that we can reassess your supplementation needs and create the right treatment to optimally support your body.

We've also created packs with our experts for pregnant women and women who have recently given birth. These packs contain essential vitamins and minerals to provide optimal support to your body.

Subscription, orders & deliveries

Do I have to sign up for a subscription right away or can I try it for a month first?

Both options are possible.

When ordering, you can indicate whether you want to try it once or take out a subscription.

You can pause or cancel a subscription at any time.

With a subscription, you receive your supplements every 30 days. You can adjust and pause/cancel this subscription.

When will my supplements be delivered?

For your first order, it will take an average of 2 to 3 business days for your order to be delivered.

Once you subscribe, you'll receive a new delivery every 30 days without any effort. So you'll never run out of supplements.

Did you choose a personalized routine? If you'd like, you can adjust this plan for the following month in your personal login area on the UNNU website up to 25 days after your last order. This date is printed on the first bag you received, and we'll also send you an email about this.

Where can I manage my subscription?

Managing your subscription is easy. You can log in to your account at the top right of our website.

How can I adjust my next order?

Adjusting your next order is easy: log in to your account and go through the questionnaire again, or create a new plan yourself. Your previous subscription will then be canceled and replaced by the new order. The price will also be automatically adjusted based on your new selection.

Can I cancel my next order?

We're sorry to hear you'd like to (temporarily) cancel your subscription! You can cancel your next order up to 25 days after your previous order. The exact cancellation date can be found on the first bag in the most recently delivered box or in your login area.

If you cancel after this deadline, the next order will still be delivered and you will be charged. You will therefore be canceling the delivery after that date.

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your personal account (icon at the top right of the website) and then selecting cancel.

I stopped or canceled my order. Can I reactivate it?

You can always restart your paused membership in your login area. Either reorder your most recent purchase or complete a new questionnaire so we can update your supplementation needs based on your health priorities, lifestyle, and the season. You can also create your new composition via the supplements page.

How do you do this? Log in to our website (icon in the top right corner) and take the test again or reactivate your last order.

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free from 50 EUR.

For purchases worth less than €50, you will pay €6.95 shipping costs.

Can I return my order?

When purchasing pouches, the Customer has the option to return the Products without compensation or giving any reason within 14 calendar days of delivery. Opened packages cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

During this period, the Customer will handle the Products and packaging with care. They will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether they wish to keep it. If they exercise their right of withdrawal, they will return the product with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging to UNNU, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by UNNU.

Personal compositions cannot be returned because they were custom produced for the customer.

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Customer must:

If the Customer exercises his right of withdrawal, he will be responsible for at most the costs of return.

If the Customer has paid an amount, UNNU will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after the return or cancellation.

What do I do when I go on holiday?

Because we work with daily doses, you can easily take your UNNU treatment with you on holiday.

Simply tear off the number of sachets for the days you are on holiday without having to take different jars with you.

How does the test work?

Our recommendation at the end of the test is based on your gender, age, answers to the questions about your priorities and your current lifestyle.

Based on the questions, our data-driven algorithm calculates which supplements are most relevant to meeting your priorities. At the end of the questionnaire, you can adjust and personalize our recommendation if desired.

The questionnaire and algorithm were created by experts.

As a customer, can I always complete a new test to adjust my next order?

Your nutritional needs change over time, for example, as your lifestyle or stress levels change. Seasonal changes also bring different needs. Therefore, it's important to complete our questionnaire every 3 to 6 months and adjust your monthly supplementation accordingly.
