How to create your own personalized routine using our test?

Step 1: Take the test

Our test, developed in collaboration with an orthomolecular pharmacist and bioengineer, maps your nutritional needs based on questions about your lifestyle, gender, age, health goals, and any known nutritional deficiencies. Based on your answers, our scientifically proven algorithm creates a personalized supplement routine that takes into account the priorities you specified.

Step 2: Finalize your routine

Our scientifically proven method suggests a supplement plan based on your answers. You can further customize this plan by removing certain supplements and adding others. You decide how many supplements you want to take per day and what you prioritize in the coming months. Your body needs one to two months to address any nutritional deficiencies and two to three months to rebuild reserves. Therefore, we recommend following the same regimen for at least two to three months and only making adjustments afterward.

Step 3: Choose 1 month or a subscription

Would you like to try it for a month or subscribe right away? The choice is yours. With a subscription, you automatically receive a new plan every 30 days with an additional 5% discount.

Step 4: Evaluate and adjust

If you choose a subscription, you can adjust, pause, or cancel your next plan up to 25 days after your previous order. You can find the exact date on the first bag in the box you receive, or in your login. There's a field inside the box for writing this date, but you'll also receive an email from us as the deadline approaches.
